PIDs levy and collect special assessments on the property for these public improvements and services.

Residential FAQs

  • LakeView Landing will have a variety of lots and homes, ranging from smaller lots and patio homes (zero lot line), to larger 65’ waterfront lots with the ability for private boat docks.

  • Yes! All waterfront lots will have the opportunity to build a private boat dock (subject to Brazos River Authority permission).

  • LakeView Landing will have approximately 115 single-family homes.

  • LakeView Landing will have approximately 115 single-family homes on lots of varying sizes, about 300 lakefront multi-family residences for rent, and 200 age-restricted residences on the lake.

  • Waterfront Lots will range from $500,000 to $800,000+ and interior (non water-front) lots will range from $150,000 to $200,000.

  • We will start taking deposits for lots on September 1st, 2023. The waterfront lots are in high demand given the limited inventory, so we have already started a waiting list. Lots will be reserved on a first come first served basis. To put your name on the reservation list, fill out the form on this website.

  • We have a list of preferred builders for you to choose from. However, the architectural control committee will have the ability to approve outside builders.

  • We expect lots to be ready Spring of 2025.
