Residential FAQs

  • LakeView Landing will have a variety of lots and homes, ranging from smaller lots, town homes, and patio homes (zero lot line), to larger 80’ waterfront lots with the ability for private boat docks.

  • Yes! All waterfront lots will have the opportunity to build a private boat dock (subject to Brazos River Authority permission).

  • LakeView Landing will have approximately 105 single-family homes.

  • LakeView Landing will have approximately 105 single-family homes on lots of varying sizes, about 300 lakefront multi-family residences for rent, and 200 age restricted residences on the lake.

  • Waterfront Lots will range from $450,000 to $700,000+ and interior (non water-front) lots will range from $100,000 to $200,000.

  • We will start taking deposits for lots on January 1st, 2025. The waterfront lots are in high demand given the limited inventory, so we have already started a waiting list. Lots will be reserved on a first come first served basis.
