LakeView Landing will have a variety of lots and home products, ranging from townhomes, and patio homes (zero lot line), all the way up to larger 80’ waterfront lots with the ability for private boat docks.

Waterfront Lots will range from $500,000 to $800,000. Only waterfront homesites are available for individual purchase, and every custom residence must be constructed by one of LakeView Landing's carefully selected approved builders. Interior single family homes, townhomes and patio homes will be offered as a completed spec product.
