Waterfront Custom Homesites
For buyers seeking a truly personalized lakefront residence, a limited collection of waterfront homesites will be available for individual purchase. These premium properties feature expansive lake views and offer the opportunity to design and build a custom home with an approved builder, creating a one-of-a-kind waterfront retreat tailored to your vision. Townhomes
Designed for low-maintenance living, the community's townhomes offer modern floorplans, thoughtful design, and easy access to community amenities. These homes will be offered as completed builder spec residences and will not be available as custom build lots.
Interior Single-Family Homes
The interior single-family homes are designed for those who desire the space and comfort of a traditional home within a master-planned lake community. These residences will be constructed as builder spec product and offered as move-in-ready opportunities.
Patio Homes
Perfect for homeowners seeking luxury with simplified maintenance, patio homes provide spacious living in a more manageable footprint. All patio homes will be delivered as completed builder spec homes, allowing buyers to enjoy a streamlined purchasing experience.

4. Lot Selection
If your preferred homesite is available and your reservation is approved, you will receive notification by email.
5. Purchase Contract
A purchase agreement must be fully executed within 5 days of notification.
6. Earnest Money Deposit
An earnest money deposit equal to 1% of the lot purchase price is due within 3 days after the purchase contract has been executed.
7. Close on Your Lot
Lots are anticipated to be delivered by early Q4 2026. The development team will keep you updated with anticipated closing dates.
Following an exceptional level of early interest from prospective buyers, LakeView Landing will release its limited collection of fewer than 25 waterfront homesites beginning August 3, 2026. Reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis for qualified buyers.
Only waterfront homesites are available for individual purchase, and every custom residence must be constructed by one of LakeView Landing's carefully selected approved builders. Interior single family homes, townhomes and patio homes will be offered as a completed spec product.
Homesites are anticipated to be delivered in Q4 2026, providing ample time to design and plan your ideal waterfront home.
To receive reservation details and launch updates, you must first join the Priority Interest List. You will then receive reminders and instructions leading up to the official release.
Reservation Process
1. Reservation Applications Open - August 3, 2026
Reservations officially open and must be submitted through this website. The form will be made live on August 3.
2. Select Your Preferred Homesites
Choose your first, second, and third lot preferences. The interactive lot map provides sizes, pricing and availability as you hover over it.
3. Financial Qualification
A pre-approval letter or proof of funds must be submitted within 48 hours of your reservation application.
Documentation must demonstrate sufficient funds for both the lot purchase and anticipated home construction budget. IE. If you are interested in a $500,000 lot and your anticipated construction cost is $1,000,000, your pre-approval or proof of funds must be for $1,500,000.
